  • Kanban and Sprint Management: Managing workflow of 10 people, QAing work, upskilling where necessary, and troubleshooting. 
  • Establish Communication Channel: Wiser Devices facilities communication between all development teams, reducing friction caused by language barriers and technical misunderstandings. Significantly reduced firedrills caused by miscommunication by 50% after assuming role. 
  • Escalate and Prioritize: Project blockers and challenges are preemptively resolved or escalated to prevent delays and additional costs associated with project veering off course
